del Lago Roofing Questions & Answers
Curious when your roof is will be done? You can view the schedule on our website at https://dellago.vgcc.club/latest-roofing-schedule/
Question: Where should I be parking when the roofing is taking place at my home?
Answer: Cars/carts should be moved from the garages during the project.
Please park in guest parking or the Clubhouse/driving range parking lot if they plan to run errands during working hours.
Question: I see there are cones and caution tape around the houses being worked on. What should I do with accessing my unit?
Answer: It is recommended residents avoid as much in-and-out access to their patios and
front entrance during demolition and installation of the roofing felt. This is due to the debris, nails and stables on the ground. The crew is cleaning up at the end of the day and to avoid any injuries it will be recommended to stay off these areas until the debris is cleaned.
If residents need to exit the Villa, its recommended to walk carefully and look
for nails, debris and stables on the ground and proceed with extreme caution. If possible, text Ryan an hour before you plan on leaving so I can have the crews hold while they enter or leave. You can text Ryan at: 408-763-0016.
Question: Will it be noisy?
Answer: Yes – there will be excessive noise levels. With the open floor space and high ceilings, noise levels are elevated more than usual. We want to highlight this as it will be uncomfortable during construction hours
Question: I saw some nails (screws, damage) outside my unit, or nail pops inside my unit. What should I do?
Answer: Please text Ryan with any issues. You can text Ryan at: 408-763-0016 and he will take care of it.
Question: I got a flat tire when I drove out of (or into) my garage. What should I do?
Answer: CRITICAL! Please take a photo of the nail in the tire – do NOT just remove it. They need this to ensure you are reimbursed for the repair! Please text Ryan with any issues. You can text Ryan at: 408-763-0016 and he will take care of it.
